- Simcenter Testlab 2606 was released in June 2026. "2606" is 26 for the year 2026 and 06 for the month of June.
- Previous release was Simcenter Testlab 2506.

- New distinct icons for Simcenter Testlab Neo (TLN) and Simcenter Testlab Classic (TLC).
- Software revision (2606) is part of application name.
- Help file default installation points to website, saves over 2 Gb of space.
- Updated color scheme (black and green), no longer contains blue color.
The new colorscheme of Simcenter Testlab is black and green, no longer features blue color.
- Audio replay allows switching between different sounds based on rpm in addition to time.
